The original 1935 and 1948 facility reflects the Normandy Gothic Revival Style. The three-storey structure is faced with sandstone, heavily drafted, Ashlar cut stone placed in random patterns. The central tower, which includes the main staircase, strategically addresses the busy corner of Mountain Road and Church Street.

A series of red contrasting sandstone, repetitive Gothic arched bays and articulated stone lintel detailing is located above the massive wood entrance doors. Coordinated projected bays and decorated stone carved reliefs accentuate the tower structure and continue down the Church Street façade.

Complimentary red sandstone lintels, mullions and sills emphasize the building’s fenestration. The steep gable roof lines ending with a slight bell caste eave adds greater dimension and height to the building design.

The square footage of the main building is as follows: 37,664 square feet on the first floor; 31,059 square feet on the second floor; 33,650 square feet on the third floor. Building measurements are determined as per BOMA standards.

This expansive building can be subdivided to accommodate a variety of tenant needs, from retail and food services.
